Just go to work with your head held up high, you've done nothing wrong. The only thing you could have done wrong was use Facebook during your working hours.

Thanks I fully intend to hold me head up. I am absolutely convinced I did nothing wrong.

To answer your other question as far as I know they are not on Facebook and my profile settings are very high so that only friends can see my profile or comments. If I make a comment on someone elses status it cannot be seen by anyone except my friends so I know he has not backdoored my profile. Only one of my 'friends' could have given it him - suffice to say they have all been deleted.
