Hi
I bought a top from New look on 14th March i wore it once for about two hours tucked into a skirt, im yet to wash it and went to put it on tonight to wear and realised its come apart at the seams.
its a chiffon material so sewing it up would be obvious. im really anoyed i havent even got a wear out of it. however i have lost my reciept. i have my bank statemet with what i paid on, what am i entitled to?
I really just want an exchange but they were running low on stock when i bought it!

As the item is faulty your bank statement should be enough to act as proof of purchase, just take it back and I can't see them arguing with you as you've only had it a short time. They should give you a replacement or reimburse you as per Sale of Goods Act. They won't repair.0
