LOL I bet that's what his school report used to say, except talking about better grades rather than buying property, if only he had listened to his teachers, things could have been so different for him.

i'm sure that i've read somewhere on here that gingernuts refused to buy in Edinburgh in 2001 because he was expecting a crash and it was too expensive.

i wonder what he thinks of prices in 2011 compared to 2001... #gutted#
