    You appear to have missed the rest of the grumpy bulls trying, and failing, to use the exact same diversionary tactic.

    Its already been clarified that comparative prices are completely irrelevant to the issue of "timing".

    Average house prices could be ten million pounds more expensive.
    Doesn't matter.

    There hasn't been a soft landing and now, there never can be.

    I can't be held responsible if the bulls not only messed up the timing year after year, but utterly failed to ever see their prediction come to fruition.

    Exchanging posts with you reminds me of my attempts to negotiate with Wandsworth Council, in the end I had to give up because they just talked nonsense all the time.
