Bullish Bulls have been calling the "Soft Landing" every year since 2002.

Time to honour you by putting you on my ignore (your the one and only in there) and joining the growing number who benefit from having geneer free discussions.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Looks like the recent ROS statistics haven't gone down all that well with dear lite.
Of course, arguing over the flight capabilities of imaginary airplanes = reasoned debate in lites book.

Apparently so Chuck.
You appear to have missed the rest of the grumpy bulls trying, and failing, to use the exact same diversionary tactic.
Its already been clarified that comparative prices are completely irrelevant to the issue of "timing".
Average house prices could be ten million pounds more expensive.
Doesn't matter.
There hasn't been a soft landing and now, there never can be.0 -

Yes someone did.
And 7 years ago.
And 6 years ago.
And 5 years ago.
And 4 years ago.
And 3 years ago.
And 2 years ago.
And of course, if memory serves (and it does), the bulls were more than happy to pick up that meme and run with it.
You have to take these small pleasures when you have nothing else in your life to provide enjoyment.
Certainly seem to be taking it better than you guys.0 -

Another bull throws the toys from the pram.
Sorry ChuckN.
Its really not my fault if the facts are incontrivertable.
I can't be held responsible if the bulls not only messed up the timing year after year, but utterly failed to ever see their prediction come to fruition.0 -

Exchanging posts with you reminds me of my attempts to negotiate with Wandsworth Council, in the end I had to give up because they just talked nonsense all the time.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

I don't see the "[STRIKE]green[/STRIKE] geneer with envy" posts anymore (unless quoted) since I decided to remove all the nonsence (I didn't want to be ignorant but ignoring geneer does stop me getting sucked into pointless discussions with him.
Had I chosen to keep discussing / debating with him, I would have quoted you endlessly.
Thanks:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
