due to the economic climate ( ahem) more and more people are renting , this means we come into the realm of the nefarious Letting Agent , i propose an A to Z of terms to describe 'these people ' ,
so starting with A ,

Arrogant

oh yes, more insulting generalisation along the lines of the posters here who attack landlords (who are all scheming bloodsuckers) and tenants (who are all benefit cheating non-rentpaying scum).

i presume Very ( as Underlined) was your word beginning with B ? instead of waffling on you could say something nice about this breed of person beginning with a letter in sequence ? maybe there will be more nice than not words ,
