this deal is actually available directly at Tesco wines. If you spend £50 or more on any of their wines and then click the "add coupon" button before checking out it will deduct £10 from the bill and delivery is free until midnight tonight too. You can actually get 12 bottles of wine for only £40(ish) as you can choose whatever you like, rather than just those on offer in the OP link.

I didn't buy the cases I chose my own by putting merlot into the search then cheaper wine comes up. Try it!

Can also use Quidco cashback and an Amex card for further discount. As mentioned above, the discount code works for other wines on the Tesco site, not just the offers.
