Fully fitted wardrobes

I purchased two fully fitted wardrobes, on fitting date I found there were missing items, faulty, damaged and 1 rob size wasn’t what was agreed i.e. smaller. Merchant visited property and suggested to replace faultygoods however, they stated it was a good will gesture clearly, I disagreed and advised, I’m only asking for what I’ve paid for. They’ve had two opportunities to rectify all issues however, they dvised they will collect both wardrobes. Needless to say I was surprised. When writing to merchant requesting for a removal/collection date, they responded and refused and advised they will forward details to their solicitor (clearly trying to scare me) Under section 75, I contacted both credit card companies, as payment was made by Barclaycard and Tesco’s. Tesco’s very promptly clawed back the money however, Barclaycard stated, as I still have the goods they can’t claw the money back. I’ve had several conversations with barclaycard, and challenged their decision however, they keep stating I still have goods and cant help. I’ve advised them they are fitted wardrobes, and my receipt clearly shows this, but still they are being unseasonable. I think they are not taking reasonability and fobbing me off!! Can anyone advise me, when buying fully fitted wardrobes and the merchant does not complete the job, how it would not be covered by section 75 for one credit card Company, yet would with another….
