online sale cooling off period - business cards

Hi
I ordered some business cards but a few hours later decided to cancel.
The company says it's impossible to refund due to the automated production, which I can understand.
But is that my problem?
Please give me a yeh/nay of whether i can request a refund lawfully.

Yes, you can request a refund....equally they can (and have) say no. You are not entitled to a refund.0

I suspect as it is a personalised service, you have no right to cancel under DSR.0

£20 isn't bad - that's a cancellation charge for most suppliers, and you still get your cards!0

I agree with paddy. £20 is very fair for business cards, as long as the print quality is good, and they're on the standard 300gsm card and not cheap 160gsm.There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0
