Kia Picanto Wheels. What other cars use them?

Once you start changing the wheels, you then get into the "modifications" for the insurance companies.
If you don't use Picanto wheels you can pay an arm and a leg.0 -
Depends how close to the originals the wheels are though surely?
For example I bought a set of Mondeo wheels as winters for my Focus. Those wheels are exactly the same, and there is no way the insurer would ever know.
I would be pretty sure that there are some other Hyundai or Kia wheels out there that are so similar that you'd never be able to tell the difference -- just don't get alloys. Volvo S40 alloys fit our Mitsu almost exactly (same platform) but they're Volvo branded so would fall foul of the insurers.0 -
Good site here:

Of those, common scrapper candidates (with steel wheels that are within 1mm of offset) would be:
Accent/Atoz/Getz, Mazda 323, Suzuki Wagon R/Vauxhall Agila, Suzuki Ignis/Liana/Baleno, Corolla/Starlet.
One of those should sort you. Like I say though only buy the steel wheels and make sure the offset is exactly the same rather than relying on this +/-5mm that a lot of sites say and you'll be fine IMO.
BUT, I'd go for the Accent/Getz/Atoz. The Picanto is built on a shortened Getz platform, which itself is essentially the same as the Accent. Many parts are shared between these four cars (some engines -- esp the 1.1 and 1.3, clutch, gearbox, brake components etc etc) and as the Accent dates back to late 1999, there should be loads of them to choose from.
The Amica should be on this list as well as it was little more than a refreshed Atoz.0 -
Thank you all for your help. We got 4 wheels from a 2010 Picanto from Ebay.Nice to save.0
