ASDA -The Home Delivery Experience

1) Last Sunday my friendly Asda delivery driver turned up, within our slotted time. We'd ordered 3 cases of booze. He explains that he has only two? and that the other one will be delivered later?? We ordered 3 because they were 3 for £24 so we decided to send them two back and have all 3 delivered together. I actually rang the store (instead of ringing South Africa which is the number on the delivery note). The manageress apologised and said that she would get them delivered the next day between 9 and 10.
Next day at 11 oclock they arrive, same delivery man as the day before.
He tells us that he actually had all 3 on his van yesterday???
what could we say?
2) Busy day for us today (Thursday) and Asda shopping due to arrive between 3pm and 5pm. Nipped to the bank and arrived home at 2.45pm to see the Asda delivery man driving down our road. Stood on the doorstep expecting him to stop but he turned right at the bottom of the road and disappeared:rolleyes: .
Waited and waited and waited ........bringgggg.....bringgggg...went the phone at 4.50pm. Hi its Asda here, I've got your delivery man here with me he said he came to your house at 3.05 and nobody was in???:mad: and his phone has been playing up all day so he couldnt ring you:mad: . We quietly suggested;) that he was a bloody liar as we had seen him earlier!!!:rolleyes:
We was apologised too and told that our shopping will be delivered later, which is what did happen, no substitutes either. No delivery charge too.
