How do I get back to factory setting?
The new kit you bought has a Brand Name and a specific Model Number, tell the group what they are and perhaps we can help. The alternative JuJu method [ below ] can sometimes work .. .. .. I'm told

It's a Sony Vaio and I've been told it has a recovery partition so I take it I won't need disks with Win 7 on it. Will the Os be installed automatically in this case?0 -
