Sent IVA forms in
Woke up for the first time in months feeling happy today :j
Yesterday I finally made the call..... and started the process of an IVA for me and hubby.
Got all forms together and faxed them off yesterday and am just hoping like mad that it will be accepted? any ideas on how long that will take?
Iva payment should save us over £100 a month and stop all our creditors chassing us for more and more money which we dont have.
Even my little girl has told me i am a happy mummy today - Were off to Thorpe park (Merlin passes from tesco clubcard vouchers) for a great family day with my babies.
I wish i had done it months ago I just didnt want to be seen as a failure even though I guess that is what i am.
Fingers crossed for me

Hi elff
Well done to you for making a positive move forward. My creditors meeting is 4th April. The whole process for me has taken just under 6 weeks which has been pretty good going. I won't relax though until the meeting is done and dusted and approved (keeping all my digits crossed).
Enjoy your day out! Nice weather for it too0 -
Only £100 a month?????
I was paying £1600 a month on my cc's and loans and my iva payment was £365.
If you only saving £100 then I would think that your debts are too small for an iva, unless you missed out a zero!"Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0
