I have booked ryanair tickets to fly for a holiday. Now they have started the sales and the ticket prices are much cheaper as there are no taxes for the day I am travelling. In summary, I am paying more as I booked early. Is there any way I could get a refund of the difference? I guess not, but does anyone have any experience?
thanks in advance.

I`ll put it this way, you saw a price for the flights, accepted it, paid for them and that`s it.
If you didn`t like the price you wouldn`t have paid it.
So the answer is no they won`t refund the difference.
The other thing is, RA have a "sale" twice a week, every week of the year.0 -
Look at it another way ..
Say the price you paid was 50 quid for a ticket then you got an email off them saying sorry mate its gone up to 70 quid now and you owe us 20 ..would you pay the difference ?Have a nice day0 -
You could try a personal email to Mr O'leary asking if he would'nt mind sorting you out some kind of refundLive each day like its your last because one day you'll be right0

How many more threads do we need to get from people saying 'I paid £n for something and its now gone down to £y, what can I do'?
The answer is simple; Find what you want at a price you are prepared to, pay the price and then DONT LOOK AT THE PRICES AGAIN! :wall:IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

I'm sure that Ryanair will change your tickets for the cheaper price, providing you pay an adminstration fee that works out at twice the difference in the price.(".)0

I recently bought a sofa from dfs at the full price of £1999 I've now seen it advertised for not £1499 not even £999 but for £599 can I get a refund as I wasnt aware dfs would be running a sale. Lol sorry too easy.
Why are there always threads lime this about flights you never see them for things like washing powder or cars.Make £11,000 in 2011 challenge - £120/£11,0000 -
I am always telling myself not to look again after I've booked but I just can't help myself. Maybe it is the Russian Roulette sense of risk; 9 times out of 10 the flights I have booked have gone up in price and I feel smug but once in a blue moon they have dropped considerably and I could kick myself for looking.
It happened to me last week when I saw the Ryanair flights I booked a couple of months ago were available for half the price I paid.
Either way you just have to suck it up and hope that next time the prices go in your favour.0
