I don't know why but the BBC IPlayer isn't working on my Ipad. I have taken off the app and redone it and put it back on but still nothing. It just comes up with a failure to load try again later message.
Annoying! Any ideas?
Thanks

Have you tried doing a full restore of your ipad?
You can do this via itunes - just make sure you backup your ipads contents so you can reinstall later.0 -
I've got the same issue. Downloaded the iplayer app yesterday. It will play 'live' stuff, but when I click on a video to watch it takes ages then says fails to load. iPad software is up to date, 4.3.0

I wonder if its an issue with the iPlayer website side of things.
I have found more and more on the PC recently that although I can watch BBC channels live, that content can not be viewed or downloaded via the BBC iPlayer "Desktop".
Probably completely unrelated, but might be indicitative of a wider issue.Signaller, author, father, carer.0
