I am currently in the process of divorce and my wife just inherited a property but it is on probate at the moment.
Do I have any rights from that property ?

I can't see why you would - but nothing in divorce is simple!
depends how long you have been married, what you brought to the marriage, if there are kids, etc....Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0
