New updated BG online website
                    Supposed to be an improvement. Really?  Just tried to log on, put my details in, went and made a cuppa, came back and it hadn't even brought the page up.  Eventually I went to "Predict my next bill"  This feature is not available. Also, I have been trying to register my Nectar card for about six weeks now and they still haven't registered me!

            Hello - really sorry to hear you've been having trouble with our website and registering your Nectar card. Would you be able to email me your account number, house number and post code to customernews@britishgas.co.uk and we can take a look at your account to see why you can't access the "predict my next bill" feature.
Please also email me your Nectar card number and we will endeavour to get this sync'd to your account too.

            Well, full marks to British Gas for posting and replying so quickly to my problem. They have phoned me twice since I posted, and although they haven't solved the problem, they are now more aware of it and are trying to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thank you BG:beer:0
