Groupon Cupcake offer

Hello
Has anyone used this and succesfully ordered their cupcakes? I have tried ordering mine on the 'need a cake' website, but so far have been unsuccesful, with the site taking me back to the home page before the order has confirmed - I know it hasn't gone through as there is postage to pay which I haven't paid - now tried to do it again and it is telling me that my voucher code has already been used - grr!
Have tried to call 'need a cake' but no answer.
any ideas?
