banned from mydeco website via facebook app

yesterday i got a 403 forbidden warning when i tried to log in to mydeco.com via their facebook login app. i have contacted them on fb but they dont seem too bothered by my problem. i can login with another profile but thats no use as i have a working profile on mydeco supposedly. their attitude stinks tbh. just a warning.

A 403 suggests something other than a closed down profile as it is unusual for the web server to be managing the security directly via ACL's, much more common for security to be managed by the hosted application (which will degrade nicely, not 403).

Try clearing your browser cache, you may find it recovers?

its working again but i don't know if clearing the cache did it or removing the app cos i did both. i cant see it being the cache cos i logged into mydeco via fb with my oh's fb account on this puter ok.

edit: sorry its not working i am getting an fb error now
