Bulk buy nappies

Not 100% sure this is the right forum but here it goes!
Nappies! They are expansive and we seem to be going through packs and packs months after months! My baby (8 months) old seems to have reach a where nappies (pampers) size 4 can be used for the next year or so.
I know it's much cheaper to use re-usable nappies but mommy doesn't want to do that... and we don't want to upset mommy, do we?
Does anyone know where I can bulk buy nappies (ideally the pampers ones) when I say bulk buy I do mean it... maybe 1000 (nappies, not boxes) in 1 go...
Thanks you my dear community, and a good day to you all!

You can buy that many at a supermarket, and if you check out when they have promotions you should get them for a good price. Sainsburys have 1/3 off baby products at the moment which is a good price.
You could also see if you could be a member of Costco or Makro, I expect they would bulk sell nappies etc there.0 -
I'm a member of Costco and have just bought some Pampers at the weekend - 118 in a box and £9.99:j:jOur gorgeous baby boy born 2nd May 2011 - 12 days overdue!!:j:j0

We used to buy the Costco own brand (Kirkland) and they were a great saving.0

Sainsburys have 1/3 off baby products right now, and we use the Sainsburys brand nappies (dry ones, I think they're called) and they've worked brilliantly for our last 2 babies. In fact, we'll be going to Sainsburys in the next few days to stock up ourselves - we always do when the 1/3 off sale rolls around - they do it quite regularly.MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0

Be careful not to buy too many! Your baby may not still be in that size until 20 months as you estimate. My DS is that age and size 4's have been too small for quite some months now.0 -
Psst. I found with both my monkeys that the size 4 doesn't last long. I by passed it to 4+ pretty quickly. No idea why, but something to consider.:wall:0

I don't think either of mine were in size 4 nappies for long, either. Sainsburys is good to stock up on nappies when they have their offer on but I wouldn't buy too many in a size 4 personally. Once they were in size 5 nappies I would be more confident in stocking up on them.0

Coop are doing half price pampers at the moment £4.99 for the packets that contain around 50 (depending on the actual size). Which makes them slightly cheaper than the Lidl own brand.0

they have the mick taken out of them a lot but I've always bought my nappies from lidl, just as good as any for a lot less, I think they only start at size 3 but they do sometimes have pampers on offer. Ive never found pampers or huggies to be all that great anyway when i used the new baby ones.0

Hi
I'm getting my nappies ( Pampers)from Amazon. I use size 3 and get 192 nappies for £18 but some month are cheaper. I just checked and you get 164 size 4 for the same price. If you get them on re-order they are 10% cheaper.
Hope this helps.
