Are there any banks or travel agents that will change cash for Sterling Travellers Cheques without paying between 1% and 3% in commission.
My mom (Mrs Cash only - no credit card etc etc) is going away for six weeks to Malta and needs to take sufficient travellers cheques with her to pay the hotel bill.
