Euros for sale

I have no idea if this is allowed but maybe someone can make a multi million pound internet business out of this, if so remember me!!!
I am doing a load of business with Southern Ireland and get paid in Euros. Now I can get them changed but this costs me money. Anybody any ideas how and what the best way for me to get rid/exchanged of them. Is there a site where someone who wants euros can swap them for my euros and we dont have any of this buy and sell rate and commision. Tried opening a bank in the UK for euros, but thats a pain in the !!!!.
