removing paint from floor tiles?

had the kitchen floor tiles re done and painted the skirting etc. how do i remove the paint off the floor tiles?
ive tried turps but there are still paint marks.

It should be possible to carefully scrape it off with a shave hook ( a small triangular shaped hand tool )Forgotten but not gone.0
