£55K to save

Looking to save £55k into one account, which account would you recommend? I want instant access so I'm looking at ICICI's 5.45% which looks attractive, feedback now looks good for them too. Currently with ING and time to move as they are only paying 4.75%, which i can't understand as not competitive.

  • I would go with IceSave because of its higher credit rating with the ratings agencies.

Interesting response, I will investigate as I have access to the top 3 agency's in the uk.

See the thread about ING (cheating customers) it appears you can have a higher rate of 5.25 % with them if you open a web saver new account. They don't tell you about it though, but I opened one this morning.
