Medion

Bought a medion 32" LCD tv on 29/03/10. Woke up on 19/03/2011 and the screen was dead when i turned it on.

Called medion and they advised they would send me a text when they could send someone round.

Guys just been with a brand new replacement tv! A good example of where a lower price doesnt necessarily mean shoddy service.

I've had many medion products over the years and never had a problem till now and even then, not really a problem as such, more of a hiccup! Lets hope it was a one-off (the product being faulty) and they continue to offer great service.

    I had a similar good experience from them, with an external hard drive I bought which was just over 12 months old. They sent me a pre-paid box to send it back to them in. A few days after I'd posted it, I got a call from them saying that it was indeed faulty, but they no longer had this hard drive in stock, so they were sending me the next size up. When it turned up they'd put a very appologetic letter in with the hard drive saying they'd tried to recover the data, but it hadn't worked, along with a 4Gb pen drive to say sorry for not being able to get the data!
