Is it worth switching?

With all the hassle involved, is it worth switching from SSE to Scottish Power to save £34 per year?

    only you can decide that - personally I wouldn't bother as I always end up owing the current supplier as I can NEVER get into a credit situation, despite my best efforts and it has never worked out cheaper for me whenever i switch :(

    I'd switch. If you switch via Quidco you can get £80 cashback too. Definitely worth it.
