Just a word of warning to all
I tried phoning them to cancel my membership before the months trial ended but couldn't get through. I tried on several ocassions to phone but kept getting the message that phone lines were busy and to phone back later. This was over several days.
So I decided to email them as per their terms and conditions and cancel (added bonus of noone tryin to convince me otherwise) emailed on the 17th to cancel, got a reply on the 18th saying you can't cancel this way you have to phone. I replied saying that their website says I can do it this way.
Checked my bank account yesterday and they had taken the £14.99 payment. Just phoned to ask for a refund and they weren't budging. It says in their terms and conditions that it needs to take up to 14 days to cancel by email. I stupidly thought that as I had had confirmation prior to that time that they weren't sticking to the 14 days.
Grrr to my own niaivity.
