Cancelling an online order

Hi guys, hopefuly you can hekp. I bought a pair of shoes from the internet 11 days ago and the order is still processing. I have decided to cancel the order and asked for a full refund. Received a reply this morning saying that they will refund me 80% of my order due to handling fees meaning Iwill lose about £25 - not a massive amount of money but are they allowed to do this?
Bad news is the website is based in China (I know bad move!!). I paid with a master card.
Any help would be great.

Personally, seeing as it's not subject to DSR, I'd take that offer.
If they sent them out, it could well cost you that amount to send them back anyway. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
Ok, thanks. I know that they haven't sent it out yet.0
