vertical Blind Co GRRRRR

I ordered 2 sets of vertical blinds from a local Co on the 25th of Feb was a 10 am appt they turned up at 4pm with an excuse about a carpet they they had fitted the day before
the total cost was £244 the guy asked if i wanted them fitted or supply i said fitted he sent my reicept by e mail 3 days later I noticed i had been charged a fitting charge of £50:eek:I paid £100 cash deposit on the day
all the companies i have dealt with before have not charged extra to fit so was a bit surprised Three weeks later they called to fit the blinds and an appt was made for 9am i called them at 10am on the day to be told they had just left 10 mins later the co called to say there was a problem and the blinds had been thrown away in error but not to worry they would reorder and the blinds would be in in 2/3 days ok not impressed but can wait an extra couple of days.
Fast forward a week from original fitting and i had not heard from them so i called to be told they werent in but he would call them and called me back to say they would be in the next day and he would come today thursday.
Now I am not happy and dont know wether to withold the fitting charge hubby said if they dont come today dont call we will go in on saturday to gett our deposit back
Any opinions on what i should do
