Dr Web now requires you to fill in a form before downloading it

yeah, but that's well out-of-date. The point is now, it makes it less portable. I used to keep an copy on a USB stick for home visits where you could just update (i.e. download the latest one) from a prompt within the prog, but the license expires on the later versions, so you have to keep filling in the form now before you can download the latest

(I've been using this direct link for weeks; just captured it after a few times doing the web form)0 -
cheers Russ, but does it always give the latest version ??? That's the $64k question

Same way doing the form gives you the latest; it's what the form links to after you fill it in. It's not inconceivable that they might obfuscate the direct link just to bug us more though
Try it tomorrow and compare.0 -
might just do that
