Virgin money refunds

Hi,
Just wanted to see what other people's thoughts were. Last year took our a year's travel insurance with Virgin money. However they auto-renewed this year even though in the policy they say they will contact you first to check for any chance in medical conditions before doing this. Contacted them Monday 14th March and they said they would refund to bank account and said it would take till the end of last week to get a refund....no refund so rang back Monday just gone and they said it could take 10 days. Does this sound right? Just because any other company I have ever got a refund from in the past normally only take 3 working days tops.
