Purchase a used car....advice

hello
apologies if i havent listed this in the correct section, hopefully a mod will move it for me if i have ....
i purchased a used car from a local dealer who i have dealt with before on a cheap run-a-round, so trusted him (ish)
I traded my mondeo in and did the rest on my zero percent credit card (it was about £1600, which i plan to clear at the end of the month
an hour after buying it a warning light was lit on the dash and 2 days later the car is knackered with a blown turbo, contacted the dealer, he said take it to a local garage he deals with to have it assessed, i knew it was a popped turbo and they confirmed this a few days later, although i had to suffer all weekend without wheels.
contacted the dealer, on tues 16th of this month, he said hes ordered the turbo will be here thurs 17th, garage says it a 2 hour or so job to fit.
ill cut to the chase, today there is still no turbo, the garage want the car off their yard as its taking up space, the dealer is now dodging my calls.
so what can i do? im certain the car will have a bodged repair, if its ever blooming repaired!
i dont want to deal with the car, im fed up calling the trader everyday just to be fobbed off.
I called a few parts companies and the part is a next day, 2 day at the latest delivery... so if i can get service like that from a parts supplier why cant my dealer?
i just want my money back and be shot of the whole situation, can i claim it back from the credit card company you think? or what should i do?

What car? make/model/year/engine etc.
The engine light means its probably gone into limp home mode, It cuts power as a get you home measure
instead of leaving you stranded, Lots of reasons for the light.
Dodgy sensor reading, Fuel pressure or air flow not within parameters.
Get a live data code reader on it and see what faults its giving, One guy recently cured his car by fitting
a new throttle pedal (electric type).Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

after another week of pestering them non-stop with calls, and a call from the nice people at MBNA who phoned him to say sort it or they will look at a section 75......
i went down there to be fully refunded and handed back the paperwork0
