System Tool Removal

Just has my first encounter with this, on a PC on which I did a clean install of XP only 4 days ago! Microsoft Security Essentials missed it completely.
I've run an Malwarebytes full scan in Safe Mode, then again in Normal Mode, and it found 3 infections and removed them. All appears clean, browser (IE8) is working OK and not redirecting, and MSE is updating OK now.
Do I need to do any more work on this, or is MBAM usually sufficient?
Will post HJT log later.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

HJT log: if someone could take a look and advise if anything else is needed (combofix etc) I'd be grateful.
I've already checked the LAN settings, and the proxy server is now disabled and OK.
