What to do? Half Perfumes

Some weeks ago I saw this "deal" advertise and decided to order one 'Beauty Bag' online. A couple of days later I received my order and to my surprise all of the products had printed on their packaging 'Sample NOT for sale'.
My question: Can ' Half Perfumes' sell this products? And should I do something about this?
I just don't think it's right for them to make money out off sample products & postage.

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.:hello:0 -
I don't know the legal ins and outs I'm afraid. I don't think they can but maybe there is a loophole as they bundled it together in a 'beauty bag'. I won't use them personally after I paid almost £4 for postage & packaging and my stuff arrived in a right state.Since starting again after beanie: June 2016: Child development DVDs, Massive Attack tickets. July: Aberystwyth trip, hotmilk nightie. Aug: £10 Hipp Organic vouchers, powerpack. September: Sunglasses. October: £30 poundland vouchers.0
