I phoned the free phone number and explained that I could not access the 'previous orders' orders page, was told they were in the process of sorting this, when I said I would like to cancel my order due to my £5 discount not coming off I was immediatly refunded £10...so the order stayed....that and the 18% TCB is the only thing that has saved me needing a new mortgage for all the new Body Shop deals.
Please I beg you all don't post any more deals.....I have no self control but do have a cupboard full of fantasic smellies:rotfl:
