Anyone know how long it'll take to arrive (roughly?) I know it says 5 working days but I want it to somehow magically appear sometime yesterday evening :D.

It usually takes 3 working days for me, i.e, ordered last night, arrive next tuesday. That's my experience^^"
  • Maybe they have fixed it then. It worked for me last night as I posted a copy of my order on this post. It was the evil bundle I ordered

Hi Mummyonfonechild. If you're referring to your post number 48, I think the reason the £5 discount applied is because the extra satsuma items you ordered (the last shower gel and soap on the order) are showing as full price items (£4 and £2), whereas the price of those items within the set is £2 and £1, so it has allowed the £5 discount against the full price items, as far as I can see. Still great value though :)

Well, now I have another problem! It now accepts the code- hurrah! However, because the code is in there, when I put any bundle in, it's putting it in at full, individual price. Argh!

How do I remove the code, please?! I've tried logging out and back in...!

ETA - I've just realised this is because when I add the satsuma one, it's not putting all the products into my basket. Odd.

I had that problem with the satsuma collection - it was missing the Satsuma Body Polish, which I added myself and the prices then readjusted to the £19.76 deal.

Yesterday I placed an order using the spring25 code but it only took my 10% LYB off so i rung them on 0800 0929090 quoting my order number. I was given a ref number but told to ring back once I had the despatch email and they will refund the 15% to my card. Hope this helps.

Was that order on the bundles which are already discounted? If so, did it actually take your LYB 10% off, then?

It won't accept any discounts on my bundles, not even LYB!

No Kiki it was before I saw this order....am now trying to resist lol!!

  • Ok, think there should be a ban on body shop offers for a while as I have NO will power lol I have a wee veg trolley type thing in my bedroom that's OVERFLOWING with bodyshop stuff, yet I still went and ordered the vitamin E bundle :rotfl: still, all the money I'm spending on body shop is less money to spend on cider at the weekend, so it's all good................. lol
