help with assignment?

I know this isn't quite moneysaving but I'm drawing blanks with a report I have due in soon.

I need to find an example of a failing business and propose an entrepreneurial strategy that will help it compete effectively again.

I thought of maybe DVD rental stores but I'm struggling find a real life example of a failing one.

Does anyone have any ideas of any other businesses that I could use?

Lol @ Toys r us, I've had my fair share of bother from them

Blockbuster was one I was looking at but I was under the assumption my assignment had to be for a smaller organisation. However, on re-reading the question, there isnt really any mention on size and there are many newspaper articles etc on them. Now to go foraging for journal articles
