If you pay for a signed for service, but a signature isn't obtained, you can reclaim the cost of the service you paid for. Even if the letter / package is delivered, you paid extra to get a signature, if RM don't provide the service you paid for, then you get the money back. Just pick up a claim form from the post office and claim it back.

You may get t back in stamps, but better than nothing.

hmmm, maybe i should do that then! i have noticed all 3 of my accounts have been credited, though why Barclaycard have only credited the card with £1 and not £5 i do not know!
