Replacement car keys

My car key had snapped and was stuck in the ignition so I called them and they said they could get the key bit out of the ignition. They came and instead of getting the broken piece out they damaged the steering column further. I now have to replace the steering column also.

Thanks for nothing!

Be warned use them at your peril!

Wow I think you should find yourself a decent auto locksmith. I have never had to change anything because of a broken key.
If they have damaged your lock then charge them for the damage.
