Rentsmart - worst IT company ever?

I know that quite a few people have had problems with Rentsmart (via PC World) in the past, but I've got a slightly different issue.
I rent a laptop and PC through Rentsmart for my business (self-employed). I have one account but two agreements (one for the laptop and one for the PC). Key to this is that my business used to be registered to my parents' address (but is now my address).
For the past 12 months, however, there has been a problem with their systems whereby they only seem to be able to take ONE direct debit (e.g. they'll take payment for one of the agreements, but not the other). Each time, I make payment manually and complain - and they tell me that they will sort out this systems error at their end. The next month, exactly the same thing happens.
The key thing though is that each month I get bombarded with literally 10 - 20 phone calls harassing me for payment and they are so rude. They don't even talk politely to me; they are brash, harsh and really downright demanding. I happily pay, but I am getting a bit fed up of having to do this when it's their fault that their system won't take the payments correctly.
Worst still, before I get bombarded with calls they bombard my PARENTS with calls because they also don't seem to be able to update their records with my number even though I have asked them to remove my parents' number many many times.
Is there anything I can do to stop them harassing both me and my parents? There is no problem with paying them on time but the direct debits that are set up just don't seem to be working because they only take one of them each time.
I'm at my wit's end...

Go into PcWorld and they should be able to do some magic on their maginus systems.0

Put your complaint in writing. Make it straight to the point and i believe it best to leave emotion out of it.
Also add in that you have already requested they remove your old phone number and update it to the new phone number and they have failed to do this. Tell them under the DPA (data protection act) they have a responsibility to ensure they hold accurate, relevant information and to correct any mistakes once they have been made aware of this. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
