Hi there,
wondered if anyone had anyone can advise me on what insurance I should take out? I am self employed and have a mortgage and various commitments and i'm a bit concerned that if I am ill / have an accident I will not be able to pay.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks
Anna

it depends on the job you do, how long you can wait before payments begin, the level of cover you need, how long you need cover for etc etc.
there is no one contract that will suit everybody. It is also important to check a company's claims payment record, as well as their premiumsI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser code of conduct. Its impossible to tell who you should use. Premiums change regularly, the level of cover and the options are different with the providers. You have budget plans (some are completely useless) and comprehensive plans.
We just cant tell who would come out best for you until proper research is done.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
