Perhaps this has been done because West Oxfordshire has managed a no increase Council Tax. With Oxfordshire shutting Libraries instead and the roads are getting worse on a daily basis.Truth always poses doubts & questions. In Scotland our Council Tax has been frozen for the last few years & our public services are all suffering.
This only means that when it is increased then it will go up MASSIVELY.
I don't mind a small increase every year but when it comes, the increase will be huge.
THIS IS A POLITICAL STUNT.
BRING BACK THE DAYS WHEN LOCAL GOVERNMENT WAS APOLITICAL.
