I hate to say it but I think you have fat chance of ever seeing that money again. As another poster has pointed out you agreed for all the proceeds from the sale of the house to be paid to your ex account.
You seriously had nothing legally drawn up to say he then had to pay you half of that money :eek:!!!!!??????
Out of interest how quickly after recieving that cash did he disappear to the other side of the world? This has go to be some kind of wind up. No-one is that gullible and naive :rotfl:0
