Overtime Finished

Options
My wifes overtime finishes at the end of the month due to cut backs.

Cut a long story short, our creditors wanted a job that was 35 hours instead of the 17.5 the wife worked at the time. Her boss (NHS) gave her 17.5 hours overtime to make up the required 35 hours until further notice. This was explained to the IP who said that this was fine due to the current climate.

Now the overtime has finished what happens next? Will we be re-assessed? Will our payments be reduced? We are actively looking for another job and are able to provide evidence if required. Will this be acceptable?

Beginig to worry again

Talk to your IP and let them know the dates the OT finishes and as soon as you know when you can make up the difference let then know.

The worse that can happen is they reduce your monthly payments for a month or 2 and extend the IVA by the same length at the end.
