HSBC internet banking problems??

Hi

HSBCs internet banking has changed today from the old style to a new style and now I can log in... its the right details... just getting and error.

Is anyone else having problems

    My log-in is working fine too. Double check that you are using the Personal and not the Business log-in option.

    It wont let me log in either, I've been trying sice 7.30 this morning and nothing, it lets me enter my passwords ect then nothing!! Trouble is I only NEED to use internet banking at work as its no use for me at home.

    Found with a lot of sites now they won't log in if you are using Firefox - found Barclaycard / Play.com don't work now either but work fine with internet explorer ,,,,,, hope this helps .

    Working OK here using Internet explorer, no noticeable changes to log in or accounts at all.

    Thanks for your help.... I have just tried from my home computer instead of work and its ok from home, trouble is I use it at work (unofficially lol) and I do think its my Internet Explorer thats out of date and I cant ask them to update 60 plus computers just so I can get on internet banking:eek: so it looks like I'm stuck with NOT having HSBC at work!

    strangely enuff i can log in today on the same computer with the same details :S odd!!!
