Cheapest Australian ETA travel visas?

Can anyone tell me the cheapest and best place to get one as there seems a lot of choice online when I google it.....$15.50 is the best so far.thanks

Cathay Pacific arranged mine at no charge when I flew with them a couple of years ago, just had to fax them a copy of my passport. Not sure if this is the norm amongst airlines but worth checking, especially if there's a few of you travelling.

Yep quite a few airlines will arrange them for free.
