They will have breakfast at All Bar One, at Gunwharf Quays, before they head out on the water and they will also enjoy lunch on board. In addition, they will receive a Henri Lloyd stow bag, a signed copy of Sir Robin Knox-Johnston’s book A World Of My Own, a Benromach pen and a 20cl bottle of Benromach Speyside Single Malt
Scotch Whisky. Ten runners-up will each receive a signed copy
of Sir Robin Knox-Johnston’s book.

Winners must be over the age of 18 and available on Friday April 8 2011. Participants will need to bring the following: Sailing boots, deck
shoes or light soled, non-marking trainers; hard-wearing trousers that dry easily; a pullover or fleece; a T-shirt or similar; sun glasses and sunscreen; thick socks and any personal medicines.
