BlackBerry Bold 9700 - Trackpad Sinking - Entitled to Replacement

So Ive got a BlackBerry Bold 9700, must say I love the phone.
BUT
There is a problem with the trackpad sinking to the top-left corner which slowly makes it unusable, this is KNOWN issue with these handsets and there are lots of people who have had this problem.
The one I have is actually the 2nd Bold as the 1st one I was sent had the trackpad sink in 2 days.
So, this one is 3 months old, and it is now bad.
What can I do, as they want me to send it off for weeks, but the whole idea of having this phone was for work purposes, as in emails, and my university emails as well as personal business and they know this. I also pay a good amount each month for it and have since Feb last year!
