Get a good foundation garment and measure yourself in that. As a general rule of thumb, measurments need to be taken from the biggest part of the body. It's a gamble and I've seen many ladies say they'll lose weight and it simply not happen. However, 2" isn't THAT big if you are strict about weight loss.:D0

Hi,
If you post details of your dress I am sure the lovely ladies on here will keep an eye out for it, you might end up with an even better bargain that fits too
Good Luck
P.s I bought my dress from Ebay and it was a little too small, I am still losing weight , it fits me now with 3 weeks to go but one bit of advice , don't under estimate the stress of trying to lose weight to get into a dress that you have already bought ! Some days I could murder a Curry and a bottle of wine !0 -
Thanks again for everyone's replies... I've decided that I'll hang back for a bit though I'll keep looking for that dress and maybe try on a few more in between. (I've been to around 3 shops and tried on several dresses and have thought a few were stunning but this one just felt right, well I might change my mind! Lol!)
If anyone can keep any eye out for it, it's an Alfred Angelo, style 2136. Here's the link if anyone can find anything similar perhaps http://www.alfredangelobridal.co.uk/Collections/ProductDisplay.aspx?productID=bc889564-72cd-4566-a7d1-e1ccd5ae8491&categoryID=497d71d3-fe91-4443-810f-df698af2d68e&pg=2&colorId1=
Thanks again girls... It's useful to have a mixture of opinions!

Hmmm... I had some ice cream for tea so I think when it comes to weight loss I'm not very dedicated on my own! :rotfl:❤Planned our wedding, still planning lessons❤

I've heard that they are often cheaper than the designer dresses and would love to have my own little additions to it... Does anyone know of any in Lancashire or Birmingham? (My family are up in Lancs so would be easy to get to!)❤Planned our wedding, still planning lessons❤
