Any recommendations for good fish and chip shops?
Or any type of restaurant - with a view ?
Thanks to anyone who knows the area

Marlboro Restaurant 46 St Thomas Street is the place for chips, no view though.
The cafe in the Pavilion theatre has a view over the bay.0 -
There is also a nice one just outside Littlesea holiday park in Lynch lane called Littlesea fish bar i think he cooks things to order so nice and fresh, not sure if he opens out of season as when we were down the beginning of March we didn't see it open.0

Right on the harbourside with a bright red shop front is Bennetts. The fish and chips were fantastic, but what I remember more are the signs that were absolutely everywhere in the shop. It was like Colditz. "No more than one napkin per person, couples not allowed to sit at four seat tables, one straw per person"
Not sure if it's still the same but the fish was mighty good!0 -
It used to be Malboro, but we moved on to Fish and Fritz, its just round from the harbour, behind the town and its yum! Again no view, but a minutes walk from the harbour where you can sit on a bench/wall and eat with the seagulls! I'll be back at Easter and will most definately be doing this!0

Oh and Enzo's, opposite the beach- lovely italian restaurant, good deals at lunch and a good view over the beach. And of course right near Rossi's, which is THE best ice cream ever. Also the chip shop at bowleaze cove is pretty nice and has some bloody good views too- usually very busy out of term time.0
