question re menu plan/diet plan

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum but I couldn't find one that was specifically for this unless I've somehow managed to miss it! Anyway I wonder if someone might be able to help me to find a page on the forums please - well I am assuming it is on a forum. I read recently on a forum post that someone has drawn up a diet plan that will feed a family of 4 for around £50 per month and apparently it has been approved by a nutritionist. I have had a search around and can't find it. Does anyone else know about this and if so are you able to point me in the right direction to find it? Thanks very much Lucy Maix

I haven't tried all the recipes, and probably only cook to the plan2-3 times a week, but I can honestly say that it has made a dramatic reduction to my grocery bill.
Oh and you won't feel deprived either, there are some lovely dishes on there!:T
